      GENERAL
      FCM® is an flexible insulating materials       TP & TK Series Slot-liner composites are two layer composite flexible sheet materials with high mechanical strength produced by bonding polyester film to Press Board electrical paper using synthetic adhesive. It is a low cost Class B (130¢XC) material which has many advantages over polyester film. The advantage are better varnish absorption and flexibility.


      APPLICATIONS
      TP & TK Series Slot Liner composites find use predominantly as electric motor slot and overhang insulation on Class B (130¢XC) rated machines. It can be used on automatic inserting machines as a slot-liner and wedge and also used in air and oil cooled transformers, electric fans and on domestic appliances, as terminal shields, etc.


      TP & TK Series can use in P. Leo Class B UL Electrical Insulation system under OBJS2 UL file No. E200050.

     Others Composites Series  


    NMN Series, is an insulating materials NMN obtained by laminating a polyester (Mylar®) film with one sheet or two sheets of Nomex® paper (aromatic/polyamid fibers) based calendared e.g. Nomex® 410, 416 & 464 or un-calendared e.g. Nomex® 411. Our laminating with a thermo-resistant resin ensures the perfect bonding. (click here for more details)

    DMD Series, DMD is a three layer composite material made of polyester nonwoven fibers laminated on both side of polyester film, we have resin type which impregnated with a high temperature-resistant (200¢XC) resin. This laminate is flexibility and good resin absorption ability can be inserted easily due its slippery surface. Ideal for the production and repair of all types of winding machinery which need to reach high mechanical, dielectric and Class F (155¢XC) standards.
