    Description:

    pleo LogoPEN Electrical Insulating Tape : made by polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film, chemically quite similar to PET tape but which is more temperature resistant. So far available only as biaxially oriented and heat stabilised films, can perform an excellent thermal property, at 160oC for mechanical property, 180oC for electrical property. It is superior in almost all fields of applications. It exhibits higher temperature rating, better UV resistance and barrier properties and dimensional stability after heating, have better are more resistant to hydrolysis in alkaline or very hot aqueous conditions, and excellent oxygen permeability.

    Application:

    Ideal for F-class application of the wrapping and holding of transformers, capacitors, and various kinds of electrical components. P. Leo Pen Tape can be applied as major insulation in Class F, H and N Electrical Insulation System.
